Description:

Demo of the uber cool 'play' command. Using sound matrix you may compose music sequences in real-time by simply toggling the various squares on / off. Each column is a 16th note duration. Turning on multiple blocks in a single column to creates a chord, and turning on blocks in multiple columns creates a sequence with up to 16 notes/chords.

Click on the border of the stack to go to the wicked 'settings' tile, where you can choose any instrument, tempo, note scale and starting octave! You can even grab the speak code necessary to add the music to your own stack!

Finally, click the 'Save Settings' button on the settings tile to cause the stack to reload with parameters so that you can embed your creation on your own blog or website :) This was inspired by the Tone Matrix flash widget http://lab.andre-michelle.com/tonematrix
