Well, it's been almost two years since we hatched the idea for TileStack.com. Thanks to the hard work of everyone on the team, we've accomplished some amazing feats. We set out to build an online tool that kids, teachers, hobbyists and even small businesses could quickly learn and use to create interactive story books, educational guides, games, applications and more. We were inspired by the classic HyperCard system from the early Macs and we've been working hard to recreate an even better experience online through TileStack.com.
You can now distribute your creation to blogs, Facebook, iGoogle and others, or publish it directly to the Apple App Store so it can run on the iPhone or iPod Touch! We know TileStack is still a little rough around the edges in some ways, and that's why we need your help! You see, thus far we've kept TileStack as open-ended as possible so that its features can be combined to make almost anything. Unfortunately, this has meant that TileStack is great at doing a lot of things but not amazing at anything in particular.
That's why we've put together a quick survey with a few questions that will help us get a better idea of how most of you would like to use TileStack.com. Taking a few minutes to answer these questions will help us know what areas we need to focus on. Now, I know time is precious, and we're all very busy in this newfangled digital, always connected, always on world. That's why we're going to give away an iPod Touch 16GB to one lucky person who takes a few minutes from their busy schedule to help us out.
With all the hustle and bustle of developing and releasing these latest awesome features, it totally...
After two months of good development, I'm pleased to announce TileStack version 0.8 "Delicass"...
